Our Fairfield Youth Athletic Association Board Members

The mission of FYAA is to provide youth athletes enrolled in kindergarten through sixth grades and residing in the Fairfield City School District, the opportunity to participate in the organized sport of football. FYAA is dedicated to providing instruction in the rules and skills required while instilling the concepts of respect, self-discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, to develop young athletes for the next level.

It is our goal to bring our community together through a common interest in sports.

Sportsmanship

We promote fair play and fellowship; to teach the game elements promoting safety, enjoyment, and healthy competition.

Facilities

Sports facilities always leave a lasting impact on the kids and families that attend. FYAA continues to make yearly improvements to our facilities and fields.

People

All of our coaches must complete a nationally recongnized Head Up Coaching course and pass an exam to be allowed to coach your kids. All coaches go through an annual background check.
